Update: Actually this phenomenon is called a circumhorizontal arc and it is not as rare as the above article states.

I'm 70 have a BA Degree and, until today, never heard of such a thing. I went through 15 of the photos and they are all the same exact shot.

Exactly, not even the kindness to doctor them a little...one photo, only one....can't buy it yet.
